Ozzie Overseas Venture operates in import and export of goods including but not limited to:
Imports: Metal Scrap, OCC Scrap, UBC Cans, industrial raw materials.
Exports: Vegetables, Spices, Food Products, Beverages.
All services are subject to applicable international trade laws, customs regulations, and Indian government policies.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
You provide accurate and complete information.
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activities.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to market fluctuations, international trade duties, and currency exchange rates.
Payments must be made as per agreed terms in invoices/contracts.
Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, customs clearance, and international shipping conditions.
Ozzie Overseas Venture is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, or customs authorities.
Risk of goods transfers to the buyer once products are shipped and handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Return & Refund Policy
We aim for full customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of import-export trade, certain conditions apply:
6.1 Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods supplied.
Customers must notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery with proof (photos, shipping documents, invoice).
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify for return.
Perishable items such as vegetables, spices, beverages, and food products are non-returnable.
6.2 Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
Shipping and customs duties are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
In case of bulk orders or international shipments, refunds are subject to verification of documents and trade compliance.
6.3 Non-Eligibility
Goods damaged due to mishandling by the buyer or during transit (after shipment is handed to carrier) are not eligible for refunds.
Customized orders or products made as per client specifications are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including text, images, logos, and designs on www.overseastrade.in, is owned by Ozzie Overseas Venture.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ozzie Overseas Venture is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Liability is limited only to the value of goods/services purchased.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or shipping disruptions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
